What a wonderful experience. They are so accommodating to my needs. I wear a Cochlear Baja and no one in Central Oregon provides that type of hearing aid. Lane and her staff were able to do an audiogram so I didn’t have to drive to the valley just to have it done. They gave me the results which I faxed to my doctor at OHSU. Thanks Lane for taking care of me. I HIGHLY recommend them.

From the time I walked in, It would be until the time I left, it was a lifetime positive experience for me. I was treated with respect, kindness, professionalism, and most important reassurance. I was nervous coming to the appointment, not sure what it would be about or the results of my hearing examination. The hearing test was very thorough, with an easy to understand, explanation of the procedure and results. At the end of the exam I was told about the best possible hearing aids, to meet my needs. . She also Discussed with me the prices and plans to pay for the Hearing aids. I will definitely will definitely Recommend this business to others. .
